  • Mail slot in the door of our suite. Place your documents in a well-sealed envelope with your name and contact information on the front and drop them through the mail slot in the door to our suite. NOTE. The opening is 10 inches wide by 1-1\2 inches high. The building is accessible weekdays between 9:00 A.M. and 4:45 P.M.
  • Client Portal: Scan your documents to a PDF format and upload them to our secure client portal “Intuit Link”. NOTE For those choosing this option please send an email to and or leave a voicemail with your current email contact information and we will send you an invite to access the portal.
  • Canada Post “ExpressPost” or reliable courier service. Send your information by Canada Post or other reputable courier service of your choosing.
  • To the office: You can drop off your information to the office.

A staff member will contact you by email or phone should we have questions relating to the work being completed.  If you have questions, please email or leave a voicemail as we will check messages regularly throughout the day.

We understand the constraints of personal and professional schedules and while we continue to value one on one time with our clients, we value an adaptive approach to making those services available through the assistance of developing technologies. Public health measures during the pandemic has necessitated continuing business transactions primarily by phone, fax, email and/or our client portal.
